Additional Fees No additional fees are charged by us beyond the subscription price listed above. However, internet connection fees and any communication charges required to use the service are the customer's responsibility.
Accepted Payment Methods Credit card payment processed via Stripe (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover).
Payment Timing Charged immediately at the time of subscription. Thereafter, automatically renewed and charged monthly on the same day of each month.
Delivery Time (Service Availability) Pro Plan features become available on your Slack workspace immediately after payment is completed. As this is not a physical product, there is no delivery waiting period.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds For defective service (attributable to us): If the service cannot be used due to a defect attributable to us, please contact the email address above. After confirming the situation, we will promptly provide a refund for the affected period or take corrective action at no additional charge.

For customer-initiated cancellation (non-defective): Customers may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the service remains available until then. Since this is a digital service, no prorated refunds are provided for partial months. If the app is uninstalled from the Slack workspace, the subscription should be cancelled separately.
Operating Environment A Slack workspace with permission to install third-party apps. The app is used within Slack, so Slack's system requirements apply.

追加手数料 上記の販売価格以外に、当方から追加で手数料を請求することはありません。ただし、本サービスの利用に必要なインターネット接続料金および通信料金はお客様のご負担となります。
お支払い方法 Stripeを通じたクレジットカード決済（Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover）。
お支払い時期 サブスクリプション登録時に初回の料金を即時請求いたします。以降は毎月同日に自動更新・自動課金されます。
配達時間（サービス提供時期） 決済完了後、直ちにProプランの機能がSlackワークスペース上でご利用いただけるようになります。物品の配送を伴うサービスではないため、配達までの待機時間はありません。
返品・交換・返金について サービスに不具合がある場合（当方に帰責事由がある場合）: 当方の責に帰すべき事由により本サービスがご利用いただけない場合は、上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、該当期間分の返金または速やかな復旧対応（追加料金なし）をいたします。

お客様ご都合による解約の場合（不具合によらない場合）: お客様はいつでもサブスクリプションを解約できます。解約は現在の請求期間の末日に有効となり、それまでは引き続きサービスをご利用いただけます。デジタルサービスの性質上、月の途中での日割り返金は行っておりません。Slackワークスペースからアプリをアンインストールされた場合も、サブスクリプションの解約は別途必要です。
動作環境 サードパーティアプリをインストール可能なSlackワークスペース。本アプリはSlack上で動作するため、Slackの動作環境に準拠します。
